Progress Control

PDA maintain close working contact with the nominated suppliers throughout the whole project to ensure that your products are delivered on time. Regular progress reports with real time pictures of your product are provided at a frequency to suit individual customer requirements. The progress reports will provide a clear status of production against any originally agreed completion targets.

Any shortfalls to progress will be highlighted along with the proposed corrective action to the get things back on track.
